While visiting our website we only collect the data that your browser transmits to our server.

The data is stored by us for technical security reasons, e.g. to prevent attacks on our web server; however, the data is anonymized after seven days at the latest by shortening the IP address at domain level, so that it is no longer possible to establish any reference to the individual website user. The legal basis for the processing described above is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR (processing is necessary in relation with controller’s legitimate interests).
b. Processing of Personal Data to Provide Services to Our Customers and For the Conduct of Our General Business Activity
We also process personal data in order to provide our services to our customers and as part of other activities that are part of the conduct of our business.
Depending on the type of service we provide, the way we process personal data may vary. For example, we process personal data about the responsible contact persons at our customers in order to prepare and process the contractual relationship with our customers and for our own marketing purposes as ad within the limits of the law. We may also process personal data about our customers' employees or our customers' customers to the extent necessary to assist the customer in developing or improving its business processes. To the extent required by law, we may act in this context as our customer's so-called data processor on the basis of an agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Finally, we are entitled to a certain extent to fulfil legal obligations (e.g. data retention pursuant to applicable accounting and tax regulations) on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c) GDPR for the processing of personal data.
Such personal data will only be stored for as long as the respective purpose requires (e.g. for the fulfilment of statutory retention obligations for the respective prescribed retention period or for the execution of the contract for the duration of the contract).

5. Facebook Website Custom Audience
